RETURNS AND EXCHANGES INFORMATION

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for a size/color exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN AND MUST BE COMPLETE WITH ALL THEIR INTEGRAL PARTS (INCLUDING THE TAG)

NB: SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXCHANGES/RETURNS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY!

Return Instructions

1. To request a return authorization, you must write on WhatsApp to the following number: 3755191779
2. Enter your account information or email address and order number. Select the order and items to return, and indicate the desired refund type. Once the process is complete, HYPEOUTLET will send a confirmation via email or WhatsApp containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label, and the instructions for returning the merchandise.
3. Return shipping via the courier indicated by HYPEOUTLET will be FREE.
   If the return is sent using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Return shipment must take place within 14 days of receiving the order.

There are 2 types of compensation available:

1. Size/color change
   Exchanges are only possible for a different size or color of the same item, if available. The new item can be returned following the same procedure.
2. Store Credit
   As soon as the return is received and processed, the customer will be sent a code for the total value of the returned items, which can be used for future purchases. Any original shipping costs incurred for the order will be included in the Store Credit only if all purchased items are returned.
   Store Credit:

   can be used only once within 12 months from the time of return;

3. cannot be combined with other Store Credits;

4. must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.
5. Refund ONLY FOR ORDERS OVER 500.00 EURO
6. HYPE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT A REFUND.
7. The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the HYPEOUTLET warehouses and the items have been checked.
8. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days and will appear on their next credit card statement. The timeframe may vary slightly depending on the credit card used.
9. For orders paid with PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or Bank Transfer, the amount will be refunded to the original account.
   For orders with cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer.
   Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. Any original shipping costs incurred for the order will be refunded to the customer only if all purchased items are returned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any signs of use. Shoe soles must be in perfect condition and free of any marks.

• Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.

• All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.

• Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns will be refused and returned to the customer if the items show signs of use.

• In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise, or if HYPEOUTLET makes shipping errors, the customer is encouraged to immediately contact newminesrls21@gmail.com. HYPEOUTLET.IT reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and will cover the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to its premises.

• Returns authorized by HYPEOUTLET.IT must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered.

• HYPEOUTLETROMA.IT reserves the right not to accept returns sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for HYPEOUTLETROMA.IT or request collection at a branch of the courier itself.

• HYPEOUTLETROMA.IT also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions set forth.
  In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
  Acceptance of such returns will in any case incur a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

• The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the HYPEOUTLETROMA.IT website is excluded in accordance with art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code in relation to:

a) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.
b) the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
c) the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized at the express request of the buyer at the time of ordering.

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of "special orders," i.e. items specifically ordered by newmine srls for the customer.

By way of example and not limited to, the following products are certainly excluded from the right of withdrawal:

– Some items from the Underwear/Lingerie section (where expressly indicated).
– Articles from the Beauty section (where expressly indicated).
– Christmas packages.

For each item to which the exclusion of withdrawal applies, HYPEOUTLETROMA.IT provides the consumer customer with specific information directly in the product sheet.
However, HYPEOUTLETROMA.IT reserves the right accept the request for withdrawal even for goods excluded from this right, if, at its sole discretion, it deems it appropriate for justified reasons.

For all aspects not specifically stated, European legislation on distance selling applies.
