HYPE and its partners are official resellers of all the products and brands offered for sale on this Site .

HYPE offers a service exclusively aimed at the End Consumer, for whom all products for sale on the Site are intended.

By “ End Consumer ” we mean a natural person who purchases for purposes outside of their business or professional activity. HYPE therefore reserves the right not to process orders from persons other than the end consumer or orders that do not comply with these Conditions.

On HYPEOUTLET.IT, customers can purchase items already in stock.
The purchased item must be paid for upon closing the purchase transaction, by credit card or bank transfer. Alternatively, for shipments to Italy, cash on delivery is available: payment for the order amount, in cash only, to the courier delivering the package.

We remind new customers that Your first order must be verified by the bank that issued your credit card . Our bank will then contact your bank to confirm the details before shipping. This check may cause a delay of a few days in the shipment of your first order .

SAFE, EASY AND FAST PAYMENTS

When purchasing on this Site, the Customer's financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, personal data) will be sent directly to the bank responsible for the payment transaction (Banca Sella, PayPal, or other credit institutions we have partnered with) via encrypted protocol. Neither Harris nor any other third parties will ever have access to this information.

It is possible to register one or more Credit/Debit Cards to speed up purchases: at the checkout you will simply choose the card without having to re-enter all the data and this means more security for your data .

ORIGINAL PRODUCTS

The products sold and the manufacturers' brands are carefully selected for their rigorous quality control standards. However, HYPE declines all responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular computer configuration or a malfunction, even temporary, the colors of the photographed products or the characteristics displayed and described on the site may differ from the originals.

To place a purchase order on this Site, it is essential:

• place a minimum order of €30.00 (€100 for USA);
• be 18 years of age or older;
• be eligible to enter into legally binding contracts;
• have a valid email address.

Harris's receipt of the order, transmitted electronically by the Customer, constitutes a contractual proposal from the Customer. Acceptance of the contractual proposal will occur upon HYPE's transmission of an email confirming the shipment of the order. If HYPE does not receive acceptance within 15 business days, the contractual proposal shall be deemed rejected. Upon conclusion of the Contract, HYPE undertakes to supply the Customer with the ordered products, under the terms and conditions set forth, without prejudice to the right not to process orders from parties who do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or who do not fall within the aforementioned category of "End Consumer," or who, for any reason, the ordered product is unavailable for sale.

By placing an order, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe all the provisions contained in these Conditions in their dealings with HYPE.

Therefore, placing an order implies the Customer's full knowledge and total and unconditional acceptance of these Conditions, as well as any additional information contained in the Site's web pages referenced here and/or linked to via links.

The order amount will be charged to the Customer's credit card only when the package is ready for shipment. For anything not expressly regulated in these General Conditions of Sale, please refer to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999 and the applicable provisions of the Civil Code.

Shipments made during sale periods, i.e. from January 3rd to March 1st during the winter sale period, and shipments made between July 1st and August 14th during the summer sale period, may be exempt from RETURNS as, by current legislation, HYPEOUTLET.IT is not required to refund discounted end-of-season items.

The customer will have the opportunity to receive a STORE CREDIT for the value of the order without expiration.
